Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění faktů ohledně skutečné probíhající spolupráce a její zefektivnění v rámci mateřských škol. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici mateřské školy jako instituce, charakteristiku, funkci a typy týmu, týmové role, rozdíl mezi skupinou a týmem, vzájemnou spolupráci a její cíle, formy a pravidla komunikace a synergický efekt v týmové práci.
