Abstract:

Každá z učňovských škol má své specifické standardy a požadavky, které by měli žáci splnit než opustí školu. Dle těchto očekávaných výstupů je upraven obsah učiva. Účelem této diplomové práce je sloužit učitelům jako průvodce přípravou jejich žáků, učňů oboru číšník-servírka, k závěrečným zkouškám ve formě plánů lekcí. Vzhledem k charakteru diplomové práce je tato rozdělene na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá představením instituce (středního odborného učiliště) a problému z učitelova i žákova úhlu pohledu. K sestavení formálních plánů lekcí je přihlédnuto jednak obecně, ale také s respektem ke konkrétním požadavkům oboru číšník-servírka, tak aby učitelův záměr byl zřejmý. Praktickou část tvoří malá učebnice plánů lekcí – průvodce pro učitele, zatímco pracovní listy pro žáky, včetně dramatických aktivit, jsou součástí přílohy.

Abstract:

Each of the vocational schools has its specific standards and claims for learners to fulfil before leaving the school. According to these awaited outcomes also the contents of curriculum is accomodated. This diploma thesis is intended to serve teachers as a guidance in the form of lesson plans when preparing their learners, apprentices of waiter-waitress branch, for their final examinations. Because of the character of this work, the diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part deals with an introduction of the institution (the secondary educational establishment) and the presentation of an issue both from the teacher´s and from the pupil´s point of view. The compilation of formal lesson plans is taken into consideration generally, but also in respect of a concrete waiter branch demands, so that the teacher´s intention was obvious. The practical part comprises a small coursebook of lesson plans - the guide for teachers, while worksheets for pupils are attached in the appendix, including material for drama activities.
