Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Emisie cenných papierov vybranými bankami so sídlom v SR a ČR“ je analyzovať emisné činnosti jednotlivých vybraných bánk so sídlom na Slovensku a v Českej republike. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá základnými pojmami v oblasti investičného bankovníctva, cenných papierov a ich emisie.
