Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými proměnami knihovnické profese a měnícími se požadavky na knihovníky jakožto zaměstnance. Práce se soustředí na požadavky kanadských a amerických knihoven při výběru nových zaměstnanců. Bachelor’s thesis is focused on current changes in the library profession and on changing requirements on librarians as employees. The thesis is concentrated on requirements which Canadian and American libraries have on new employees.
