Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním hlídkových policistů Policie České republiky v oblasti komunikace a možností využití získaných dovedností při řešení krizových situací. Pro potřeby teoretické části jsem nashromáždila a prostudovala odbornou literaturu, interní předpisy a metodiky Policie České republiky a další dostupné materiály vztahující se k této problematice. Rovněž jsem vycházela z poznatků, které jsem získala z rozhovorů se samotnými policisty, nejen hlídkovými, ale také s těmi, kteří se v rámci Policie České republiky zabývají vzděláváním a výcvikem policistů. Na základě toho jsem vymezila základní pojmy týkající se komunikace, objasnila termín krizová situace vztažmo k této diplomové práci a specifika komunikace policistů v těchto situacích, strukturu a fungování Policie České republiky a systém policejního vzdělávání, kde jsem se zaměřila především na vzdělávání v oblasti komunikace. V rámci praktické části této práce jsem se snažila zjistit, zda je vzdělávání hlídkových policistů v oblasti komunikace odpovídající potřebám, které mají při řešení krizových situací. Na základě toho jsem provedla kvalitativní výzkum na vzorku respondentů z řad hlídkových policistů pořádkové služby Policie České republiky z několika obvodních oddělení ve Statutárním městě Ostrava. Jako design výzkumu jsem si vybrala tzv. zakotvenou teorii a jako metodu sběru dat zvolila polostrukturované rozhovory.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with an education of the Czech police patrol officers within the framework of communication and the possibilities of applying their abilities previously gained during the crisis situations. I gathered and studied special literature, inner regulations, methodology of the Police of the Czech Republic and other available materials which I used in the theoretical part of the thesis. I also used information arising from the dialogs with police officers ? not only those who are serving as patrol but also those who educate and train the other police officers. By virtue of the information I defined basic terms concerning communication, I also explained what the crisis situation is and what specific features the police communication bears in the situations like this, likewise the functional structure of the Police of the Czech Republic and police educational system, where I was focused on education in the field of communication. In the practical part of the thesis, I tried to find out whether the education of police patrol in the field of communication matches their needs arising from the crisis situations. I provided a qualitative research. My respondents were patrol police officers from several district departments in Ostrava. I chose grounded theory and concerning the data capture method I provided semi-structured dialogues.
