Abstract:

Výstupem této práce je nákladový Alokační model zpracovaný v rámci cloudového nástroje Keboola a na tomto modelu postavený základní reporting s pomocí nástroje Power BI. Práce obsahuje podrobnou analýzu procesu a detailní popis jednotlivých kroků, které je nutné vykonat, aby se z modelu dostala správná čísla. Následně práce obsahuje analýzu primárních systémů, jejich popis a stejně tak i analýzu a popis jednotlivých tabulek, které se v rámci těchto systémů dostávají do modelu. Po té je zde popsaná přímo implementace tohoto procesu pomocí Kebooly a následný reporting s využitím nástroje Power BI. Jak již bylo zmíňeno, tak řešení je postaveno s pomocí dvou hlavních nástrojů, a to ETL nástroj Keboola a reportingový nástroj Power BI. V rámci Kebooly jsou použité Flows, Excelové extractory, SQL transformace, Python transformace, aplikaci Power BI refresh a upload do Snowflake databáze. V rámci nástroje Power BI jsou použité různé typy visualů, measures napsané pomocí jazyku DAX a calculation groups. Řešení funguje stylem, že po přípravě veškerých vstupních dat do modelu se v rámci Kebooly spustí příslušné Flow, které zpracuje veškerá data, provede kalkulace, testy správnosti a následně refreshuje Power BI reporty.

Abstract:

This thesis presents a cost allocation model developed within the Keboola cloud tool and basic reporting based on this model using the Power BI tool. The thesis includes a detailed analysis of the process and a detailed description of the individual steps that must be taken to obtain the correct numbers from the model. The thesis then includes an analysis of the primary systems, their description, and an analysis and description of the individual tables that are imported into the model from these systems. The implementation of this process using Keboola and subsequent reporting using the Power BI tool are then described. As mentioned above, the solution is built using two main tools: the ETL tool Keboola and the reporting tool Power BI. Keboola uses Flows, Excel extractors, SQL transformations, Python transformations, Power BI refresh applications, and uploads to the Snowflake database. Power BI uses various types of visuals, measures written in DAX, and calculation groups. The solution works in such a way that after all input data has been prepared for the model, the appropriate Flow is triggered in Keboola, which processes all data, performs calculations, correctness tests, and then refreshes the Power BI reports.
