Centre of liquidation of insured events on motor vehicles

Abstract:

Obsahem závěrečné práce je problematika likvidací pojistných událostí na motorových vozidlech, vymezení základních pojmů a zaměření na přechod práva při likvidaci událostí z titulu povinného ručení a havarijního pojištění. Analýzou budou zjištěny důvody postihů a regresů vyváděných pojistitelem vůči jiným pojišťovnám a proti samotným pojištěným osobám. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení problematiky vyvádění pohledávek z pohledu pojistitele i klienta a návrh vlastního řešení v podobě, jak nejlépe předcházet protiprávnímu jednání klienta.

Abstract:

The content of the final thesis is the issue of liquidation of insured events on motor vehicles, definition of basic concepts and focus on the transition in liquidation of events due to statutory insurance and accident insurance. The analysis will determine the reasons for the penalties and regressions exerted by the insurer against other insurance companies and against the insured persons themselves. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the issue of the execution of receivables from both insurer and client's point of view and to propose a solution in the form of how best to prevent the client from acting unlawfully.
