Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zpracování návrhu optimální struktury spolupráce mezi společnostmi Spálovský, a.s. a AŽD Praha s.r.o., provedení analýzy současné situace obou společností a na jejím základě doporučit optimalizaci spolupráce mezi mateřskou a dceřinou společností.
Abstract:
The aim of this master thesis is to create a proposal for cooperation of Spálovský a.s. and AŽD Praha s.r.o., performance an analysis and review the present situation in companies with capital share.
