Corporate culture and ethical codes of conduct in employment relations

Abstract:

I decide to devote etics at labour relations theme in my bechelor work, because of importance this problematics for the human relationships and also for sucsesfully functions of the firms and the offices. I divide my work to the three basic integrities. In the first integrity I was shortly engaged in the concepts of ethics and morale and their brief history. I guess, that my bechelor work´s reader needs to have the basic knowledge of these concepts , since they are used in other parts of the work. Next part introduces the whole, which dealts the normative relation´s regulation, the law, the morale, habit, the conscience a so on. Seeing that labour relation is also only legal relation, I wanted to call attention to elementary particularity of normative relation´s regulation in connection at the ethics and morale. The third whole is devoted to the managenent etics, at the superior and subordinate´s relations, the ethical problem at the humane source´s controls sphere e. t. c. To devote to this block of manager relations in third section I decide because of trying to narrow already enougt wide series od labour relations, what the in my opinion bring more perfectly processing given problematics.

Abstract:

Vo svojej bakalárskej práci som sa rozhodla venovať téme etika v pracovnoprávnych vzťahoch, pretože považujem túto problematiku za veľmi dôležitú, ako pre medziľudské vzťahy, tak aj pre úspešné fungovanie firiem, či úradov. Moju prácu som rozdelila do troch základných celkov. V prvom som sa stručne zaoberala pojmami etika, morálka a ich stručnými dejinami. Myslím si, totiž že potrebné aby čitateľ mojej bakalárskej práce mal základnú vedomosť o týchto pojmoch , pretože ich používam aj v ostatných častiach. Ďalšiu časť predstavuje celok, ktorý sa zaoberá normatívnou reguláciou vzťahov, právom, morálkou, obyčajou, svedomím a podobne. Keďže pracovnoprávny vzťah je tiež len právnym vzťahom, chcela som upozorniť na elementárne špecifiká normatívnej regulácie vzťahov v prepojenosti na etiku a morálku. Tretí celok je venovaný etike v manažmente, vo vzťahoch nadriadený a podriadený, etickým problémom v oblasti riadenia ľudských zdrojov e. t. c. Venovať sa v tretej časti tejto skupine mamagérskych vzťahov som sa rozhodla pre zúženie už tak dosť širokej skupiny pracovnoprávnych vzťahov, čo podľa môjho názoru prinieslo kvalitnejšie spracovanie danej problematiky.
