Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nitroočních čoček. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o indikacích implantace IOL včetně katarakty. Další kapitola je věnována popisu operace šedého zákalu a možným komplikacím. Značná část práce je zaměřena na rozdělení nitroočních čoček. Součástí je výčet výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých typů IOL. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of intraocular lenses. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge about indications for IOL implantation, including cataracts. The next chapter is devoted to the description of cataract surgery and possible complications. A significant part of the work is focused on the distribution of intraocular lenses.
