Literárních zdrojů věnujících se pouze konkrétnímu typu gladiátora je velice málo, tato práce měla přispět k sumarizaci základních nálezů originálů vybavení a ikonografických pramenů gladiátora typu Trák. Pomocí experimentální rekonstrukce byla vytvořena replika výstroje a výzbroje zasazená do prvního století po Kristu. There is a lack of modern literature dealing with only a particular type of gladiator. The present work has the wish to contribute to a better knowledge of the armatura of the gladiator type thraex.
