V této diplomové práci se zabýváme problematikou adolescentů a hledáním a budováním jejich identity. Snažíme se objasnit důvody, proč sportovci, kteří jsou v dorostenecké kategorii na vrcholu své kariéry, tento sport s přechodem do kategorie seniorské opouštějí. We have based this thesis on the study the problematics of adolescents and of finding and forming their identity. We have tried to clarify the reasons why athletes who are at the top in their junior category leave their sport when they move to the senior category.
