Práce pojednává o bakterii \kur{Clostridium botulinum} a detekci toxinu produkovaného touto bakterií. Cílem práce je čtenáře v první části seznámit s charakteristikou a vlastnostmi bakterie \kur{Clostridium botulinum}. The thesis focuses on bacteria \kur{Clostridium botulinum} and the detection of a toxin produced by the bacteria. The aim of the thesis is to acquaint the characteristics and properties of bacteria in the first part.
