Practice Requirements for the Competence in Students newly Graduated from the Faculty with Diplomas in the Managerial Sphere of Studies
Abstract:
V mojí bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala klíčovými kompetencemi, které mají tu schopnost rozdělovat manažery na úspěšné a průměrné. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit, jaké kompetence požadují zaměstnavatelé od čerstvých absolventů manažerských oborů, jak jsou jejich očekávání naplněna a jak jsou v tomto smyslu vybaveni absolventi fakulty managementu VŠE v Jindřichově Hradci.

In my bachelor thesis I have dealt with key competences according to which we can divide managers into two main groups: successful managers and the average ones.
