Abstract:
Obsahem práce je vysvětlení pojmu veřejný zájem. Popis pozemků, staveb a zařízení, která jsou zřizována ve veřejném zájmu – veřejná infrastruktura. Uplatňování veřejné prospěšnosti v územním plánování a s tím spojené právní pojmy. V závěru teoretické části je vyhodnocen vliv veřejného zájmu na oceňování majetku.
