Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit procentuální četnost studentů zažívajících stres při praktické výuce a identifikovat hlavní příčiny vzniku stresu neboli stresory. Diplomová práce rovněž zjišťuje, kolik studentů se plánuje věnovat profesi zdravotnického asistenta nebo jiného zdravotnického pracovníka v budoucnu, a to i přes prožité stresové situace v rámci výkonu odborné praxe. Teoretická část diplomové práce se soustřeďuje na pojmy stres, druhy stresu, příčiny stresu neboli stresory, diagnostika stresu a jeho dopady na zdravotní stav jedince. Práce se zabývá praktickou výukou, vztahem studenta s vyučujícím odborné praxe a nároky na studenty v průběhu praktické výuky. Empirická část byla provedena prostřednictvím sociologického výzkumu pomocí dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Celkový počet respondentů byl 110. Z pěti stanovených hypotéz byly potvrzeny dvě. Jedna hypotéza byla vyvrácena. Větší část respondentů pociťuje stres při praktické výuce. Největším stresorem v rámci praktické výuky je pro studenty vyučující odborné praxe. Většina studentů se plánuje v budoucnu věnovat profesi zdravotnického pracovníka.

Petr Ptáček, Ph.D. Number of pages: 67 Number of annexes: 4 Year of defence: 2017 Keywords: Mental stress, stress, professional experience, adolescent, teacher, medical facilities The diploma thesis deals with the mental stress of students of secondary nursing schools, studying in field of medical assistant, and stressful situations with which students come into contact in medical facilities within the course of their professional practical experience. The main objective of this thesis is to determine the percentage rate of students having been experienced a stress in practical training and identify the main causes of stress or stressors. The diploma thesis also quantifies how many students are planning to pursue the profession as a medical assistant or other health care professional in the future, no account being taken to experienced stressful situations within the performance of their professional experience. The theoretical part of thesis concentrates on the terms such as stress, types of stress, causes of stress or stressors, diagnosis of stress and its impacts on the health of the individual. The thesis deals with practical teaching, student relationships with the teacher of professional experience and requirements on students in the course of their practical training. The empirical part was executed through sociological research using the questionnaire of the author’s structure. The total number of respondents was 110. Five hypotheses were established, two of which were confirmed and one hypothesis was disconfirmed. A larger proportion of respondents experiences stress in practical training. For students the teacher of professional experience is deemed to be the biggest stressor within the framework of practical training. Most students are planning to pursue a profession of a worker in the health care sector.
