Rigorózní práce „Lhůty při správě daní“ se zabývá počítáním času a běhu lhůt v daňovém řádu. Cílem práce je podrobně prověřit veškeré lhůty, které se v jednotlivých ustanoveních daňového řádu vyskytují, popsat jejich charakter a z toho případně vyplývající dopady na správu daní, porovnat současnou úpravu s předchozí úpravou zákona o správě daní a poplatků a poukázat na klady a zápory nynější úpravy …more
Abstract:
The postgraduate thesis „Periods in tax administration“ deals with calculation of time and periods in the Tax Procedure Code. The aim of the thesis is to analyse all the time periods and deadlines occurring in the Code, to characterize them, to compare the Code with the former act and to point out pros and cons of the Code.
