Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor work was the teoretical analysis of the isssue concerning citizenship rights. This work is divided in several chapters. We were dealing the term of citizenship right, how to be naturalised, how to acquire nationality, how to be denationalised and how to be released from the civil alliance. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce, bolo teoretické rozpracovanie problematiky štátneho občianstva. Práca je rozdelená na viacero kapitol. Zaoberali sme sa pojmom štátne občianstvo, jeho nadobúdaním, udelením, stratou a prepustením zo štátneho zväzku. Zhrnuli sme práva a povinnosti Občanov SR podľa II.
