Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivitou strategií zvládání zátěžových situací. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí ? teoretické a výzkumné. První tři kapitoly se věnují základním pojmům vztahující se k problematice stresu, jeho zvládání a efektivitě zvládání. The presented bachelor thesis is concerned with effectiveness of coping strategies. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a research. The first free chapters deal with basic concepts related to the issue of stress, coping strategies and effectiveness of coping strategies.
