V současné době přechází mnoho českých firem na vykazování účetnictví podle Mezinárodních účetních standardů. Tato diplomová práce hodnotí finanční situaci tří podniků pomocí metod finanční analýzy a jak se projeví přechod z vykazování podle Českých účetních standardů na vykazování podle IAS/IFRS v datech účetní závěrky a následně v ukazatelích finanční analýzy.
