Supportive teacher behaviour in forming relationships in the classroom

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá podporujícím chováním středoškolského třídního učitele v jeho třídě. Cílem práce je popsat podporující chování třídních učitelek při utváření vztahů ve třídě. Teoretická část popisuje postavení třídního učitele, dále se zabývá podporujícím chováním třídního učitele při utváření vztahu se žáky a následně se zaměřuje na podporu vztahů mezi žáky ve třídě. Cílem kvalitativního výzkumného šetření je popsat a prozkoumat, jak vybrané středoškolské třídní učitelky podporují vztahy ve třídě. Výzkumné šetření je realizováno metodou rozhovoru.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the supporting behavior of a high school class teacher in his class. The aim of the thesis is to describe the supportive behavior of class teachers in the formation of relationships in the classroom. The theoretical part describes the position of the class teacher, further deals with the supporting behavior of the class teacher in forming a relationship with students and then focuses on supporting relationships between students in the classroom. The aim of the research is to describe and examine how selected high school classroom teachers support classroom relationships. The research is carried out using the interview method.
