Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je Identifikace vzdělávacích potřeb pracovníků v sociálních službách. Tato bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se naplňováním potřebných kompetencí pracovníků v sociálních službách, potažmo pracovníků v přímé obslužné péči. Teoretická část této práce zmiňuje poslání dané sociální instituce, představuje cílovou skupinu jejich uživatelů, představuje celou škálu osobních, profesních a sociálních kompetencí, které jsou potřebné pro výkon uvedené sociální služby. Práce se také zabývá otázkou dalšího neformálního profesního vzdělávání a identifikací vzdělávacích potřeb u této skupiny pracovníků v sociálních službách. I empirická část této práce se zabývá identifikací vzdělávacích potřeb pracovníků v sociálních službách, a to jak na individuální, tak i na jejich objektivní úrovni. Hlavním cílem daného průzkumného šetření je zjistit, jak velké procento pracovníků v sociálních službách u sebe identifikuje vzdělávací potřeby v oblasti sociálních služeb. Sběr průzkumných dat byl realizován ve dvou fázích a prostřednictvím několika průzkumných metod. Prvá fáze průzkumu se věnovala Identifikaci individuálních vzdělávacích potřeb. Sběr průzkumných dat proběhl metodou dotazování, a to metodou dotazníkového šetření a metodou částečně strukturovaných rozhovorů. Data získaná v kvantitativní části průzkumu budou představena ve formě tabulek a na úrovni absolutních a relativních četností. Průzkumná data získaná, v obou fázích průzkumu, metodou polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů, budou analyzována tematickou analýzou a budou představena narativní cestou. Druhá průzkumná fáze se soustředila na identifikaci objektivních vzdělávacích potřeb dané skupiny pracovníků. V této fázi průzkumu proběhl sběr průzkumných dat metodou případových studií a metodou polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky dané instituce. Sběr průzkumných dat byl podpořen i metodou reflexe, v níž průzkumník a autorka této práce v jedné osobě, reflektoval profesní působení některých pracovníků dané sociální instituce.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is Identification of educational needs of workers in social services. This bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character and it deals with the fulfillment of the necessary competencies of workers in the social services and, consequently, with the staff in direct servicing. The theoretical part of this work mentions the mission of a given social institution, represents the target group of its users, represents a whole range of personal, professional and social competencies that are necessary for the performance of the social service. The thesis also deals with the issue of further informal vocational education and the identification of educational needs in this group of workers in social services. The empirical part of this work deals with the identification of educational needs of workers in social services, both at their individual level and at their objective level. The main objective of the survey is to find out how a large percentage of social services workers identify educational needs in social services. The exploration data collection was carried out in two phases and through several reconnaissance methods. The first phase of the survey was devoted to Identifying Individual Educational Needs. The survey data was collected using the questionnaire survey method and the partially structured interview method. Data obtained in the quantitative part of the survey will be presented in the form of tables and at the level of absolute and relative frequencies. Reconnaissance data obtained in both phases of the survey, semi-structured interviews will be analyzed by thematic analysisand will be presented in a narrative way. The second exploration phase was focused to identify the objective educational needs of a given group of workers. At this stage of the survey, survey data were collected by the case study method and semi-structured interviews with senior executives of the institution. The collection of reconnaissance data was also supported by the Reflection method, in which the explorer and author of this work in one person reflected the professional work of some workers in a given social institution.
