Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zejména zabývá reálným vlivem ústavního ustanovení o možnostech rozpouštění Poslanecké sněmovny platného před schválením ústavní novely v roce 2009 na řešení politických krizí a otevření cesty k předčasným volbám v podmínkách samostatné České republiky. Ke splnění cíle jsou využitý zejména hlubší analýzy největších politických krizí v letech 1998 a 2009.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis mainly deals with the real impact of the constitutional provisions about how to dissolve the Chamber of Deputies in force before the approval of constitutional amendments in 2009 to resolve the political crisis and opening the way for early elections in conditions of the independent Czech Republic.
