Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vymezení trestných činů, jejichž obětí je dítě, se zaměřením na znásilnění, pohlavní zneužití, svádění k pohlavnímu styku a trestné činy související s pornografií, a dále na právní úpravu postavení oběti v zákoně 45/2013 Sb. Following thesis focuses on definition those criminal acts in which the victim is a child; with the emphasis on rape, sex abuse, sexual act inveiglement and criminal acts relating to pornography and last but not least to legislation of the victim ´s position in accordance with Law No. 45/2013 Coll.
