Diplomová práce pojednává o zajišťovacích prostředcích českého právního řádu, konkrétně se zaměřením na dohodu o srážkách ze mzdy a jiných příjmů upravenou § 551 zákona č. 40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Abstract:
The dissertation deals with the Czech legal order security means, in particular focuses on The Wages Deduction Agreement according Sec. 551 Act. No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, amended. The main focus of the work is not only complex characteristics of this institute from the point of current legal regulations but also opportunities and the use in the legal regulations that are being prepared.
