Abstract:

Studie konceptu vedení, motivace a spokojenosti s prací stále probíhají. Jak ukazují studie pracovní činnosti, spokojenost s prací je nejdůležitějším, ale kontroverzním faktorem při zvyšování produktivity a efektivity práce. Pokud jsou zaměstnanci s prací spokojeni, budou podle toho motivováni k tomu, aby dělali vše, co je v jejich silách. Má vůdčí chování významný dopad na spokojenost s prací? Jaký typ vůdcovského chování je nejpříznivější? Tato studie se pokouší identifikovat vztah mezi dvěma typy vůdcovského chování - vůdce orientovaného na úkoly a vůdce orientovaného na vztah, jejich vliv na spokojenost s prací. Vůdčí chování bylo měřeno pomocí dotazníku popisujícím chování k vedení (LBDQ); spokojenost s prací byla měřena pomocí dotazníku Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (JSQ). Tato studie využila kvantitativní návrh, ve kterém byla data shromážděna od 30 účastníků pomocí online průzkumu. Pro výzkum jsem použila popisnou statistiku a testovala hypotézy pomocí korelační a regresní analýzy. Korelační a regresní analýza byla provedena za účelem otestování vztahu mezi dvěma typy vůdcovského chování (orientace na úkoly, orientace na vztahy) a uspokojením z práce. Výsledky této studie naznačují, že dva typy vůdcovského chování (orientované na úkoly, na vztahy) nemají významný dopad na spokojenost s prací. Navíc bylo zjištěno, že výsledek spokojenosti s prací je mnohem lepší, když jsou dva typy vůdcovského chování harmonické. Popisné statistiky nám pomohly pochopit, co většina vůdců dodržuje a za žádných okolností nebudou tolerovat. Existuje mnoho různých přírůstků do studia vedení a motivace. Hlavní věc, kterou je třeba pochopit, je, že vedoucí potřebuje „následovníky“, což znamená, že se musí postarat o spokojenost svých zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

Studies of the concept of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction are still ongoing. As studies of labor activity show, job satisfaction is the most important, but controversial factor in increasing labor productivity and efficiency. If employees are satisfied with the work, then accordingly they will be motivated to do everything as best as possible. Does leadership behavior have a significant impact on job satisfaction? What type of leadership behavior is most favorable? This study attempts to identify the relationship between two types of leadership behavior - a task-oriented leader and a relationship-oriented leader, their influence on job satisfaction. Leadership behavior was measured by Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire (LBDQ); job satisfaction was measured by Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (JSQ). This study used a quantitative design in which data was collected from 30 participants through an online survey. For research, I used descriptive statistics and tested hypotheses using correlation and regression analysis. Correlation and regression analysis were conducted to test the relationship between the two types of leadership behavior (task-oriented, relationship-oriented) and job satisfaction. Results of this study suggest that two types of leadership behavior (task-oriented, relation-oriented) have not significant impact on job satisfaction. Moreover, it was found that the result of job satisfaction is much better when two types of leadership behavior are harmonious. Descriptive statistics have helped us understand what most leaders comply with and that they will not tolerate under any circumstances. There are many different additions to the study of leadership and motivation. The main thing to understand is that the leader needs “followers,” which means that he must take care of the satisfaction of his employees.
