Debt Relief As an Instrument of State Social Policy

Abstract:

Jedním z hlavních účelů insolvenčního zákona je prostřednictvím institutu oddlužení umožnit alespoň části dlužníkům návrat do ekonomicky normálního života. Dlužníci, kterým přerostly půjčky přes hlavu, se mohou dluhů zbavit v institutu tzv. osobního bankrotu. Psychická úleva a šance na nový začátek je vykoupena pětiletým životem v chudobě. Osobní bankrot je pětiletá cesta z dluhů. Je to šance, na druhý životní začátek. Na soud se s žádostí o oddlužení může obrátit kdokoli, kdo dluží více věřitelům, není schopen dluhy splácet a z pravidelného příjmu může uhradit během pěti let alespoň třicet procent dluhů.

Abstract:

One of the main purposes of the Insolvency Act through the Institute of deleveraging allow at least to part of borrowers return to normal economic life. Borrowers who have outgrown loans over the head they can get rid of the debts of the institute by personal bankruptcy. Psychological respite and a chance for a new beginning is bought by five years living in poverty. Personal bankruptcy is a five-years way out of debt. It's a chance for a second life beginning. On the court with a request for debt relief can turn anyone who owes more to creditors is unable to repay debts and can pay regular income over five years at least thirty percent of the debt.
