Ve své diplomové práci jsem nejprve analyzoval stávající informační systém a poté jsem se zaměřil na implementaci nového informačního systému do stavební společnosti, které nejdříve předcházelo výběrové řízení nejvhodnějších modelů projektovým týmem a to podle předem stanovených hodnotících kritérií.
