Bakalárska práca na tému ,,Víno a párovanie vína s jedlom" je vypracovaná tak, aby mohla slúžiť ako úvod do problematiky párovania vína s jedlom a celkovo enogastronómie. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je objaviť tie najlepšie a najvhodnejšie kombinácie, nájsť medzi nimi súvislosti a na ich základe podložiť tvrdenia o vhodných párovaniach.
