Cílem této práce je zkoumat vývoj španělské azylové politiky v návaznosti na společný evropský systém azylové politiky. Důraz je kladen na kvalitativní a kvantitativní změny, přičemž kvalitativní ukazatele vyjadřují především aproximaci španělské azylové legislativy s acquis. The aim of this paper is to examine the evolution of the Spanish asylum policy in relation to the common European asylum system. Emphasis is placed on qualitative and quantitative changes and qualitative indicators primarily reflect an approximation of the Spanish asylum legislation with the acquis.
