Influence of Defects and Malfunctions of Buildings on the Valuation
Abstract:
Seznámení s poruchami a vadami objektů a jejich dopady na ocenění a upozornění na stav objektů po povodních v daných lokalitách, s názory pojišťoven. Pokus o objasnění diskutovaného problému výskytu radonu a azbestu v konstrukcích a částech budov při oceňování.
Abstract:
Introduction to the disorders and Visual objects, and their impact on the valuation and a warning on the State of the objects after the floods in those locations, with the views of the insurance undertakings.An attempt to clarify the disputed issue of radon and asbestos in building construction and parts of buildings in the valuation.
