Abstract:

Personální agentura je subjekt působící vedle státu (úřadu práce), uchazečů a firem na trhu práce. Jedná se o obchodní společnost poskytující služby jiným ekonomickým subjektům, potažmo fyzickým osobám v podobě uchazečů o práci. Dalo by se říci, že úloha personální agentury je přitom přesně opačná než úřadu práce – zatímco úřad práce hledá pracovní příležitosti evidovaným uchazečům, a to mnohdy jakékoliv za každou cenu, personální agentura hledá vhodné pracovníky odpovídající požadavkům pracovního místa na straně klienta – firmy. Úřad práce tedy spíše zohledňuje zájmy uchazeče, agentura hájí zájmy firmy. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat služby poskytované vybranou personální agenturou, jejíž jméno a základní údaje jsou pro účel tohoto dokumentu zkreslené, a zjistit, zda vynaložené finanční prostředky na agenturu jsou pro podnik efektivní investicí. Teoretická část vychází z literární rešerše, aplikační potom z metod pozorování a analýzy. Obě části jsou prokládány schématy, grafy a obrázky pro zpřehlednění tématu a také poskytnutí ukázek z praxe. Závěr hodnotí přínos personální agentury jako celkově pozitivní a i vynaložené finanční prostředky jako ekonomické řešení personálních otázek, samozřejmě s přihlédnutím k efektivitě procesu HR managementu v podniku jako takového. Důležité totiž není jen to, kolik si za svou práci účtuje agentura, ale také to, jaké další náklady na lidské zdroje klient má a zda zbytečně nedublují ty již agenturou pokryté a vynaložené.

Abstract:

Recruitment Agency is a subject operating on the labour market together with government (Jobs Offices), candidates and companies. It is a business company providing services to the other economical subjects and through it to the individuals too. It is possible to say that the goal of the Recruitment Agency is exactly the opposite of the Jobs Office – whereas the Jobs Office seeks for the work possibilities for the registered applicants, often any work place at any price, the Recruitment Agency seeks for the most suitable candidates adequate to requirements given from the client – company. So the Jobs Office rather reflects the interests of applicants, the agency protects the interests of the clients. The goal of this thesis was to analyze the services offered by the chosen Recruitment Agency, which name and basic information about it were misrepresented for the purpose of this document, and to find out if the funds put into agency services are the efficient investment for the company. The theoretical part is based on a literature research; the application part is based on the methods of observation and analysis. The both parts are interlined with diagrams, charts and images to clarify the issue and to provide examples of practice. The epilogue evaluates the contribution of the Recruitment Agency as a positive in general and the investments put into agency services as an economic solution of HR issues, with consideration to the efficiency of the process of HR management in the company at all. The only important thing is not just the fee of the agency but what additional costs in the HR the client has as well and if these costs don´t double unnecessarily those covered and already paid by the agency.
