Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozbor a analýzu nejčastějších příčin vzniku obecného ohrožení z nedbalosti v souvislosti se železniční dopravou. Na začátku jsou v teoretické části práce vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti železniční dopravy a instituce zajišťující bezpečnost. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the parsing and analysis of the most often causes of general danger due to negligence in connection with railway transport.
