Bonding as a birth pleasure

Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit využití bondingu při péči o matku a dítě bezprostředně po porodu. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 173 respondentek (těhotné ženy, ženy po porodu). Výzkum byl realizován pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření v období od měsíce září 2012 do měsíce prosinec 2012. Výsledky: Z výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že více než 73% respondentek považuje možnost bondingu v dané porodnici za podstatnou. Respondentky si myslí, že bonding má pozitivní vliv na psychiku matky. Zajímavé bylo zjištění, že k pozitivnímu vlivu na psychiku matky se nejméně klonila skupina žen s vysokoškolským vzděláním, což jsme předpokládali opačně. Většina žen se domnívá, že podpora bondingu v našich porodnicích je důležitá. Lze tedy konstatovat, že ženy zařazené do výzkumu prokázaly vysokou úroveň informovanosti o problematice bondingu. Informace o problematice bondingu nejčastěji získávají ženy z internetu. Závěr: Podpora bondingu je podporou nové rodiny zdravotníků, aby dokázali sebevědomě pečovat o dítě a matku či celou jeho rodinu jako o jednu ošetřovatelskou jednotku. Podpora bondingu má zásadní význam u dětí zdravých, protože léčí přirozené trauma způsobené porodem. Ještě důležitější je třeba podporovat bonding u dětí nemocných a předčasně narozených.

Abstract:

Task: The aim of the work is to assess using of bonding within care about mother and child immediately after birth. Methodical: Researched file consisted of 173 respondents (pregnant women, women after birth). Research was realized by non-standardized questionnaires since August 2012 till October 2012. Data processing took place till December 2012. Outcomes: The result of research is that more than 73% of respondents consider the possibility of bonding as substantial. Respondents think that bonding has positive influence on mother´s psyche. Interesting was that to positive influence on mother´s psyche were less inclined women with university diploma, what we were presuming the other way round. The vast majority of women assume that support of bonding in our maternity hospitals is important. It can be stated that women included in research showed good level of awareness about bonding. Information about bonding is mostly found on the Internet. Conclusion: Support of bonding is support of new family of medics so they could take care about child and mother or whole family as one nursing unit with more self-confidence. Support of bonding has substantial importance with healthy children because it cures natural trauma caused while birth. More important is to support bonding by ill or prematurely born children.
