Diversity management in selected engineering companies in the Vysočina Region
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou diverzity managementem ve strojírenských firmách sídlících v Kraji Vysočina. Cílem práce je vytvoření souboru doporučení, která přispějí k aplikaci či zlepšení diverzity managementu ve vybraných firmách. Pozornost je věnována hlavně age, gender a interkulturnímu managementu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of diversity management in engineering companies based in the Vysočina Region. The aim of this thesis is to create a set of recommendations that will contribute to the application or improvement of management diversity in selected companies. Attention is paid mainly to age, gender and intercultural management.
