Modelling of Process Scenarios in WebSphere Business Modeler

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou krizového managementu, konkrétně činností složek integrovaného zahranného systému ČR při společném zásahu. Mým úkolem je seznámit se a charakterizovat problematiku krizového řízení, BPM (Business Process Management) a popsat balík programů IBM WebSphere Software, především pak Websphere Business Modeler. V tomto prostředí dále namodelovat proces a demonstrovat životní cyklus BPM jeho vybraných podprocesů. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout funkční BPMN model, který popisuje jednu typovou činnost složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Jedná se o typovou činnost STČ – 05/IZS Nález předmětu s podezřením na přítomnost B-agens nebo toxinů. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v procesní analýze této typové činnosti, přesněji v namodelování aktivit v ní. Tato analýza poskytuje praktickou ukázku využití procesního řízení a zároveň ukazuje jednu z možných variant automatizace a optimalizace zkoumané činnosti.

Abstract:

Master's thesis concerns with crisis management, especially with the activities of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic during their collective rescue actions. My objective is to familiarize with the basics of the crisis management, Business Process Management (BPM) and describe software suite IBM WebSphere Software, mainly WebSphere Business Modeler. Next goal is to create a process model in this program environment and demonstrate BPM life cycle of the chosen subprocesses. The main objective of this thesis is to design a functional BPMN model, which describes one of the type activities of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic. The chosen type activity is STČ - 05/IZS Finding an object with suspicion to the preset of B-agens or toxin. The main assets of my master's thesis lean in the process analysis of the chosen type activity and in modeling activities within. This analysis simultaneously illustrates the use of business management and one of the possible options for automatization of the process.
