Communication with the Public in the Emergency Planning Zone

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací s veřejností v zóně havarijního plánování, resp. jakými způsoby lze veřejnost v zóně havarijního plánování informovat o prevenci, způsobu varování a zásadách žádoucího chování v případě vzniku havárie u objektu nakládajícího s nebezpečnými chemickými látkami a směsmi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány literární a metodické poznatky týkající se komunikace s veřejností v zóně havarijního plánování a v praktické části je provedena analýza komunikace s veřejností v zóně havarijního plánování vybraného objektu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on communication with the public in the area of emergency planning, especially the ways in which the public can become involved in planning, information and prevention, the method of warning and the principles of desirable behavior in the event of an accident at the facility handling hazardous chemicals and mixtures. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are processed literary and methodological knowledge concerning communication with the public in the emergency zone and in the practical part there is an analysis of communication with the public in the emergency planning zone of the selected building.
