Management kvality (QMS) v prostředí ČD Cargo v návaznosti na úmluvu ATTI

Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na faktory, které mají významný vliv na kvalitu v dopravě. Práce rozebírá současný proces systému řízení kvality v podniku ČD Cargo v návaznosti na úmluvu ATTI, navrhuje zlepšení tohoto procesu a následně tato navrhovaná opatření vyhodnocuje.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on factors that have a significant influence on the quality of transport. The thesis analyzes the current process of the quality management system in the company CD Cargo in connection with the ATTI agreement, proposes improvements to this process and subsequently evaluates these proposed measures.
