Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zakládání staveb s nízkou spotřebou energie. Nachází se zde vyhodnocení založení daného objektu v několika variantách. Výsledkem studie je doporučení varianty, která bude pro daný objekt nejvhodnější k realizaci. Pro hodnocení byla zadána určitá kritéria, podle kterých se bude investor rozhodovat. Základové konstrukce jsou tedy posuzovány z hlediska finanční náročnosti, pracnosti a zátěže životního prostředí. Součástí práce je také projektová dokumentace variantních řešení ve stupni „Projekt pro provádění stavby“

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of foundations with low power consumption. There is an evaluation of the foundation of the building in several variants. The result of the study's recommendations variant, which will be most suitable for a given object to implement. For evaluation was commissioned certain criteria according to which the investor will decide. Foundation construction will thus be judged in terms of financial cost, labor and environmental burden. The work also includes project documentation of alternative solutions in the degree of the "Project for the implementation of the project"
