Multimodal analysis of toy packaging discourse
Abstract:
The purpose of the bachelor thesis is a multimodal analysis of toy packaging intended for girls, specifically Monster High packaging. The thesis explains basic terminology from the area of multimodal discourse and clarifies fundamental principles of packaging design. It also compares individual conception of both Monster High and Barbie packaging.
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je multimodální analýza obalů hraček zaměřených na dívky, konkrétně obalů Monster High. Práce vysvětluje základní terminologii z oblasti multimodálního diskurzu a objasňuje elementární pricipy obalového designu. Dále také porovnává jednotlivé koncepty obalů Monster High a Barbie.
