Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá předškolním vzděláváním dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením do mateřské školy běžného typu. Cílem práce je analýza a zhodnocení předškolního vzdělávání dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením ve speciální a integrační třídě běžné mateřské školy. Teoretická část, která je rozdělena do třech kapitol se v první části zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu mentální retardace, je zde charakterizována lehká mentální retardace, je zde popsán vývoj dítěte s lehkým mentálním postižením v období předškolního věku, etiologie mentálního postižení a psychologické zvláštnosti dětí s LMP. Druhá kapitola se věnuje možnostem předškolního vzdělávání dětí s LMP, legislativě a poradenskému systému. Jsou zde popsána specifika předškolního vzdělávání. Tato část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu školní zralost. Závěr teoretické části je věnován integraci dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením, faktorům ovlivňujícím úspěšnost integrace, jsou zde popsány stupně a formy integrace. Třetí kapitola dále poskytuje informace o individuálním vzdělávacím plánu a dotýká se i problematiky pedagogické asistence. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní případové studie dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením, kteří se vzdělávají v běžné mateřské škole.

Abstract:

I deal in this thesis with preschool education of children with mild mental handicap. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate preschool education of children with mild mental handicap in special and integrated class of common nursery. Theoretical part is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter is definition of mental retardation and also characteristics of mental retardation. There is further on description of child development during preschool age. Etiology of mental disability and psychological traits of children with mild mental handicap is also included. Second chapter deals with possibilities of preschool education of children with mild mental handicap. It includes legislation and advisory system. Further on there are described specifics of preschool education and definition of school readiness concept. The end of theoretical part is concluded with information of integration of children with mild mental handicap factors influencing successful integration. There are described levels and forms of integration. Third chapter further on provides information about individual educational plan and mentions problematic of pedagogic assistance. Practical part is focused on specific case studies of children with mild mental handicap, who are educated in common nursery.
