Abstract:

Diplomová práce Personální informační systém v organizaci je zaměřena na volbu vhodného personálního informačního systému pro společnost Zeelandia spol. s r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je vybrat mezi dodavateli počítačových personálních informačních systémů na trhu toho, jehož nabídka bude nejlépe odpovídat parametrům definovaným společností Zeelandia. K naplnění tohoto hlavního cíle vede splnění dvou dílčích cílů. Prvním dílčím cílem je zanalyzování stávající situace provádění personálních činností ve společnosti. Druhý dílčí cíl ukládá zmapovat trh informačních a komunikačních technologií za účelem poznání možných dodavatelů systému a získat od potenciálních dodavatelů nabídky personálních informačních systémů pro společnost Zeelandia. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a analytickou. V první zmíněné jsou vymezeny pojmy personální evidence a personální informační systém. Část analytická je zaměřena na analýzu současné situace ve společnosti Zeelandia, analýzu trhu informačních a komunikačních technologií, posouzení získaných nabídek pomocí metod manažerského rozhodování a volbu nejvhodnějšího dodavatele počítačového personálního informačního systému pro společnost Zeelandia.

Abstract:

The thesis Human resources information system in the organization is focused on the choice of a suitable HR information system for Zeelandia Ltd. company. The main goal of this thesis is to choose from suppliers of the computer HR information systems in the market the one, whose offer will be the most suitable for the parameters defined by Zeelandia company. In order to achieve this main goal, there are two subgoals. The first one is to analyze how human resources activities are currently done. The second one is to map the market of information and communication technologies so as to know potential system suppliers and to gain the offers of the HR information systems from them for Zeelandia company. This paper is divided into both theoretical and analytical part. The terms of human resources evidence and human resources information system are defined in the first mentioned part. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of present situation in Zeelandia company, the analysis of the market of the information and communication technologies, the evaluation of the gained offers using the methods of managerial decision-making and the choice of the most suitable supplier for Zeelandia company.
