Abstract:
Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje význam, rozdělení, sortiment, výhody a nevýhody využití pohotových potravin při přípravě pokrmů. Praktická část práce se věnuje průzkumu využití pohotových potravin stravovacími provozy v regionu Kroměřížsko.
Abstract:
The theoretical part of this bachelor´s dissertation describes the importance, the division the assortment as well as the advantages and the disavantages of using convenience foods in the preparation of dishes. The practical part is focused on the research on the use of convenience foods by the cate-ring establishments in Kroměříž region.
