Evaluation of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children and younth HC VERVA Litvínov.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení funkčních poruch pohybového systému u hráčů ledního hokeje v HC Verva Litvínov. Pozorovanou jednotkou bude mládež od 3. třídy až po juniory. Následně budou porovnány poruchy na základě délky praxe, jejich doplňkové aktivity a kompenzace. Teoretická část se skládá ze zpracovaných informací z odborné literatury a je zaměřena na charakteristiku, kineziologii ledního hokeje, fyziologii, problematiku a tréninkový proces. Ze zdravotní hlediska definuje funkční poruchy těla. V poslední části teoretické části je charakterizován vývoj věkových skupin, které jsou použity v testování. Práce je koncipovaná výzkumným charakterem. Proto je v praktické části použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a test Jaroše a Lomíčka. Na základě sesbíraných dat poté stanovujeme výsledek kvantitativního výzkumu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of functional disorders of the locomotor system in ice hockey players in HC Verva Litvínov. The observed unit will be youth from 3rd grade to juniors. Finally, disorders will be compared based on length of practice, their complementary activities and compensation. The theoretical part consists of processed information from professional literature and is focused on the theory, kinesiology of ice hockey, physiology, problems and the training process. From a medical point of view, it defines functional disorders of the body. In the last part of the theoretical part, the age groups that are part of the testing are characterized. The work is designed with a research character. Therefore, in the practical part, the semi-structured interview method and the Jaroš and Lomíček test should be used. Based on the collected data, we then determine the result of the quantitative research.
