Bussines strategy of company RD dřevo s.r.o.
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je navržení strategie podniku RD dřevo s.r.o. s použitím analýz VRIO, SWOT, SPACE a hodnotového řetězce podle PORTERA. Teoretické poznatky zmíněných analýz jsou poté aplikovány v praktické části na podnik RD dřevo. Následně jsou navrhnuty a doporučeny možné varianty strategie podniku majiteli. Výsledkem je výběr nejlepšího strategického návrhu.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to propose a business strategy for a company RD dřevo s.r.o. using the VRIO, SWOT, SPACE and Porter’s Value Chain Analysis. Theoretical findings of the mentioned analysis are then used and applied in the practical part to company RD dřevo. After that possible strategy options are proposed and recommended to the owner.
