Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou klimatu třídy na malotřídní ZŠ. Předkládá krátký výčet ze základní odborné terminologie týkající se tématu. Dále se zabývá charakteristikou aktérů klimatu třídy, bez kterých by nemohlo být klima utvářeno. Klíčovou částí je posouzení aktuálního stavu klimatu na málotřídní ZŠ. This diploma thesis deals with the class climate in schools with composite-classes. A basic summary of scholarly terminology is presented in the first chapters. Characteristics of people who actively participate and influence the class climate are also presented. The key element is the evaluation of the contemporary climate at composite-class schools.
