Abstract:

Předložená disertační práce zpracovává téma Výzkum chyby převodu a její vliv na vibrace a hluk od ozubených kol numerickou simulací a experimentálním ověřením. Text zprvu pojednává o možných příčinách hluku od ozubení a konkrétně se zaměřuje na chybu převodu jako jednu z příčin. V této souvislosti je nejprve popsán současný stav poznání v podobě důkladné rešerše. Hlavním obsahem disertační práce je zjištění korelace mezi chybou převodu, součinitelem skutečného trváním záběru, hlukem a vibracemi. Za účelem tohoto výzkumu byl navržen výpočetní MBS model a sestrojen odpovídající experiment v podobě zkušebního stavu. V závěru práce je korelace sledovaných veličin vyhodnocena a jsou diskutovány další možné kroky výzkumu této problematiky, s cílem zlepšení akustického projevu ozubení v automobilové převodovce.

Abstract:

The submitted dissertation investigates the topic Research of transmission error and its influence on vibration and noise from gears by numerical simulation and experimental verification. The text initially discusses the possible causes of gear noise and specifically focuses on transmission error as one of the causes. In this context, the current state of knowledge is first described in the form of a deep research. The main content of the dissertation is to find out the correlation between transmission error, actual gear contact ratio, noise and vibration. For this research, a numerical MBS model was designed and a corresponding experiment in the form of a test bed was constructed. At the end of the dissertation, the correlation of the observed parameters is evaluated and possible next steps of research on this issue are discussed, with the aim of improving the acoustic performance of the gearing in an automotive transmission.
