Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Šance nebo bariéra? Ústavní výchova a životní perspektiva z pohledu klientů, opouštějících výchovné ústavy pro mládež“ je zaměřená na výchovné ústavy pro mládež, jejich koncepci a roli v životě mladého člověka, který tímto zařízením prošel. V práci jsou nastíněna teoretická východiska tématu ústavní výchovy. Nabízí pohled na současné pojetí, právní úpravu a klienty ústavů. Zaměřuje se na profesi vychovatele a poukazuje na jeho nezastupitelnou úlohu v procesu výchovy a resocializace jedince ve výchovném ústavu. Text nabízí pohled na možné metody práce s klienty ústavů. Pozornost je věnována také projektům, které se věnují klientům odcházejících z ústavu do života a také některým vědeckým studiím, které byly v minulosti na toto téma realizovány. Teoretická část práce je obohacena profesními zkušenostmi autorky z pozice pracovnice s klienty výchovných ústavů. V empirické části práce nabízí analýzu výpovědí bývalých klientů výchovných ústavů pomocí kvalitativního paradigmatu s využití prvků zakotvené teorie. Na základě analýzy otevřeným, axiálním a selektivním kódováním prezentuje práce praktické závěry a poznatky, které mohou přispět ke zkvalitnění péče o klienty výchovných ústavů pro mládež.

Abstract:

The thesis „Chance or barrier? Quality of life from the perspective of clients leaving educational care“ is focused on educational institutions for youth, their concept and function in life of young people was in this institutions. This thesis outlines the theoretical basis of the topic of institutional care. The thesis offers the view on the nowadays conception, legislation and clients of educational institutions. Thesis is focused on the profession of educator and shows their important and irreplaceble role in the process of change and progress of clients. Attention is also devoted to projects participating on the leaving clients from educational institutions as well as to the scientific analysis they were realized and published in the past. Theoretical part of thesis is enriched by the professional experience of author with clients from educational institutions. The research part contains the analysis of statements of the clients. The analysis was made by qualitative research methods. The author used constituents of the grounded theory. On the grounds of using open, axial and selective coding research offers conclusions and findings that can be helpful for improvement of a process of change and progress of clients.
