Tato práce se zabývá tématem psychické odolnosti a mírou syndromu vyhoření v práci pedagoga. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definici klíčových pojmů a objasnění vztahů mezi pojmy příbuznými. Výzkumným cílem této práce bylo zmapovat míru syndromu vyhoření v pedagogické praxi a jeho souvislosti s vybranými rizikovými faktory. This study is concerned with the theme of psychological resilience and the degree of burnout syndrome among pedagogs. The theoretical part is focused on defining the key terms and clarifying links between related terms.
