Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem výběru nových zaměstnanců. Obsahem teoretické části je historie profese recruitera. V dalších kapitolách jsou popsány činnosti, které předchází samotnému výběru a také zde jsou popsány pravidla, která by měl recruiter dodržovat a rizika a chyby, kterých by se měl vyvarovat. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu a zpětnou vazbu od zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě, kteří jsou ještě ve zkušební době. Koncem této doby totiž celý náborový proces končí. Ze získaných informací je následně navrženo doporučení pro firmu, které jí může ušetřit čas, ale i vynaložené finanční prostředky na nábor.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of selection of new employees. The content of the theoretical part is the history of the recruiter's profession. The next chapters describe the activities that precede the actual selection and also describe the rules that a recruiter should follow and the risks and mistakes that should be avoided. The practical part focuses on analysis and feedback from employees in the selected company who are still in their probationary period. This is because at the end of this period the whole recruitment process ends. From the information obtained, a recommendation is then proposed to the company, which can save time and money spent on recruitment.
